Who Financial Portfolio is for

Your life. Your financial picture.

A home, a family, a new chapter or a full working week. Start with the situation you recognise, then bring your assets, debts, people and documents into a record you can understand and maintain.

Find your starting point

A clearer record for the life you have.

You do not need a large portfolio to benefit from clearer records. Choose the guide closest to your situation. If more than one fits, use the starting steps that help you most.

Busy professionals

Keep the details behind your financial picture together when time is limited. Replace repeated searches through statements and folders with a review routine you can return to.

Start with One asset, one related debt and the latest source documents.

One record with useful context

See the connections behind the numbers.

A total is easier to understand when you can find the information behind it. Financial Portfolio connects what you own and owe with the people involved and the documents that explain the record. You maintain the values and decide when they need a review.

Owners and borrowers can be different. A recorded relationship helps explain your information; it does not verify legal ownership or grant authority to act.

Which Financial Portfolio guide should I start with?

Start with the situation closest to your immediate task. Choose property records if a home and mortgage are your focus, household records if information is scattered across the family, retirement records if you are preparing for a new chapter, or the professional guide if you need a manageable review routine. You can use more than one guide.

Do I need investments or several properties to use the app?

No. One home, a savings account, a loan or a set of household documents can be a useful starting point. Portfolio is free forever for personal use and includes one portfolio with 25 MB of document storage.

Can I use Financial Portfolio with my family?

You can record people and ownership relationships in your portfolio. Portfolio Plus also provides viewer access to selected sections, with documents shared separately. The free Portfolio plan does not include viewer access. A viewer permission is not legal authority to act for someone.

Does the app automatically update my balances?

No. You enter and maintain most values yourself. Keep the source and date with the record and review the information when your statements or circumstances change. Automatic bank transaction imports are not currently available.

Is this retirement or estate planning advice?

No. Financial Portfolio helps organise and explain recorded information. It does not recommend investments, calculate benefit eligibility or replace a will, power of attorney or professional advice.
