Start with the question in front of you
These tools help you calculate, locate or explain. Choose the outcome you need rather than trying to fill in every part of your financial life at once.
The net worth calculator adds the assets and debts you enter. The home equity calculator focuses on one property, including its debt and recorded shares. Both use Australian dollars and show the arithmetic behind the result.
Calculate your net worthStart with the readiness check to identify gaps. Use the document checklist to narrow the search to the categories you keep. A download gives you something practical to work through with the person who knows where each record lives.
Check your record readinessThe ownership map puts people, entities, assets and related loans into a readable view. It reflects the information you enter. Compare the map with supporting documents whenever formal ownership or legal obligations matter.

Take the next step with Financial Portfolio
A snapshot answers today’s question. Financial Portfolio connects the assets and liabilities behind it to their owners and supporting documents. Maintain the records yourself as new statements arrive, and review the wider picture from your dashboard.
App access is currently through the waitlist. Keep your download for reference. Tool entries are not sent to the app or imported automatically.
No Financial Portfolio account is needed to use these public tools. Entries are processed in the current browser tab and are not submitted to our servers. Refreshing clears the tool state. A CSV is saved only when you choose to download it; keep completed files in a private location.
Read the privacy policyCalculators work from your values, not verified bank balances or property valuations. Checklists organise reported information; they do not certify your arrangements. Each detailed page explains its inputs, method, worked example and limits before recommending a relevant next step.
Find product helpFinancial Portfolio helps maintain the records behind a snapshot: people and entities, assets, liabilities and supporting documents. Keep your tool download as a reference and add the records separately. There is no automatic transfer from a public tool into a portfolio.
See how the app fits togetherUse net worth for your overall snapshot and home equity for a single property's value less related debt. Use the readiness check if the question is whether someone else could find the information.
Only when the calculation depends on a jurisdiction. Assets minus liabilities and simple home equity use the same arithmetic across NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, WA, TAS, ACT and NT. A duty or land-tax tool would need verified state/territory rules.
