What happens when the trial ends?

When your three-month trial ends, you move to the free Portfolio plan unless you choose to subscribe. Viewer access ends and you cannot create new custom fields. Your extra portfolios, documents and existing custom-field data are retained for a 60-day grace period; documents remain accessible during that period. If you have not subscribed by the end of the grace period, we will send a copy of your documents and data by email. Contact the team about the delivery arrangements or your records before the grace period ends.

Will I be charged automatically?

No credit card is required for the three-month trial. You only pay if you choose to subscribe to Portfolio Plus at A$79 per year or A$7.99 per month. We will email you before the trial ends and when it expires. Check that your account email is current.

How should I prepare before changing plans?

Review your records and documents before the grace period ends. Keep an independent copy of important files and use the reports available to your account. Contact the team about extra portfolios, data delivery or a record you cannot find; do not send private documents in your first enquiry.

Is cancelling the same as deleting my account?

No. You can contact admin@financialportfolio.com.au to request account closure, deletion or a copy of your records. The team will explain the available options and any retention obligations. Cancellation does not necessarily delete every record immediately. Read the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use for the full conditions.

Does cancelling immediately delete every record?

No. Retention follows the Privacy Policy and applicable obligations. Contact the team to request closure, deletion or a copy and understand any limitations.
