Understand owners, read-only viewers and document sharing.

Owner access

Owners manage their portfolio, access grants and subscriptions. Adding someone as a person or professional contact does not automatically give them access.

Viewer access

Viewers can read permitted sections and records. Owners select the sections a viewer can access. A hidden record is excluded, and documents require explicit sharing with the viewer.

Review before sharing

Check the recipient and selected sections before granting access. Review shared documents separately, and revisit permissions when circumstances change.

How do I give someone read-only access to my portfolio?

The owner can grant viewer access and select sections. Check the recipient and selected sections before saving.

Can a viewer edit my financial records?

No. Viewers can read the sections and records shared with them; they cannot edit your portfolio.
